Do not stay here. Very nice location, but the communication with the owner was extremely negative. When we arrived all the pipes were frozen. There was a heater on and pointing towards the pipes under the sink, but by the time they did that it was to late. There was water all over the floor and there was no working toilets nor showers. The owner said to put a blow dryer on the pipes...boil 20 pots of water and use antifreeze. Seriously! If the water is pooling and going no where then how the heck is any of those things going to work? What am I supposed to do sit and blow on every single pipe in the house? It wasn't the pipes attached to the spickets...because we were able to get a few flushes and running water in the bathrooms and then the torrential rain started. Right out of a movie. Oh, and if I could only cut and paste the text discussion between the owner and I. Comical! We did make it work...nothing like peeing and pooping outside in 5 degrees! 10 women no showers....eeeek! Sad really...it is a wonderful place, but not well taken care of.
