From the time we checked in I felt right at home! Kim at Front Desk was so warm and welcoming as well as her co workers!

The breakfast and lobby area was amazing and they had great recommendations for us!

Would stay here again and again!!!

Turns out Kim lived on Maui where we're from, she was awesome!

The room was very spacious and we had a king bed with a jacuzzi. We had a great view from our room and a tiny little waterstream that was so relaxing. We left the window open to hear it all night. I'm a light sleeper so the noise from the traffic during the night woke me up, but that was okay. The cool autumn air and the sound of the stream of water was worth it! It's not far from Mount Hood, which is why we decided to stay here for one night.

Room Tip: Choose a room next to the tree line.

Clean comfortable Best Western property. We had a quieter room away from the main road on the top floor which was clean and comfortable. Good location, only a few miles from the Timberline Lodge and excellent views of Mt Hood. Breakfast was served in the lobby which was a little cramped - seating was at a premium at busy times. Overall a good stay and we would return.

A friend and I stayed over the Labor Day weekend. If only there were better sound insulation it would have been a pleasant stay. Unfortunately there was a nearby family with a small child who delighted in vocalizing and running in the corridor.

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. We asked for a room away from the highway and parking lot so the highway noise wasn't bad even though we opened the window for fresh air. That was a real plus -- being able to open the window!

We didn't eat the included breakfast but people seemed to be enjoying it.

We stayed in this hotel just for a night on a long weekend when all hotels in Hood River were full. My first impression was that it was a bit old and meant to serve the ski enthusiasts visiting Mt. Hood. This hotel made quite an impression when I saw that the remote for the TV was sterilized and freshly bagged. As we all know, remotes are the worst germ carriers in hotel rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Additionally the last star of the review is for a good hot breakfast in the morning. Lake Trillium is 5 minutes drive away and we had a great morning walking along its banks. Highly recommend as a great night's rest after seeing the Gorge.
