We took the Salomberry Picnic Train ride very nice scenic ride. The weather was perfect. We sat in the last car that has tables. You are able to move about while the train is going, there is rear car they leave the side open it has railings and you can stick your head out to take in the fresh air. if you ride in the very front it is open, not covered and you can not move about the rest of the train you can only move about the front car and it is behind the engine so not sure if you breath in all the smell from the engine. We purchased the tickets with lunch included, it included a bottle of water a turkey or ham sandwich and a bag of chips and apple and a soft cookie. Nice added touch if you don't mind spending an extra $10.00. You can also bring snacks on the train if you want. The train stops about half way if you want to switch seats and move to the covered train cars, I don't think the open car has restroom. We road the train for 3 hours.
