“Leave room for the cobbler”
Reviewed September 14, 2008

We enjoyed lunch both at this Mo's and the one in Newport. We especially liked the fried clams which are hard to find on the west coast, especially ones with more clams than breading. The clam chowder was more potato chowder than clam, and we had much better chowder elsewhere, but the berry cobbler was perfect! Big berries, with very little added sugar. We got ours with the vanilla ice cream. Great fish, great views and great cobbler!

“Potato Soup”
Reviewed June 17, 2008

Have to agree that the potato soup comments are right on. The rest of the meal was good however. Service was slow to the point of rude. Not a bad stop.....kids watched a seal playing in the river out the window, but don't show with too high an expectation.

For good Chowder try Gracie's Sea Hag in Depoe Bay.

“Good, Casual Seafood on the Bay”
Reviewed March 31, 2008

My boyfriend and I stopped here after a day of driving to have a late lunch. The chowder was good, not amazing, but good. Both of us enjoyed our food, had some steamers which were tasty, and added the blackened shrimp skewers to our meal (yumm!).

This place is super causal, the food comes quick, and the prices are really fair for a seaside spot.
