Our science club stayed in the group camp area of the park. It is away from the main campground and the sites are large and have large picnic tables. The site was nicely sized and in the forest for a true camping experience. No noise = peaceful. There is a clear area by the bathrooms where kids can play and just a short drive away are the dunes where you can rent canoes and kayaks. Even though the ocean is a hike away the small inland freshwater lake is refreshing. I recommend staying at least 3 nights to do everything the area has to offer.
