“Tons of Fun, Good Brews”
Reviewed July 5, 2011

We visited the Brewery on a Friday night and it was tons of fun. There was a DJ and another MC that went around to tables with sort of a fun trivia game. The brews were very good and our group had a ton of fun. The food was just okay, I guess, typical bar food. But if you are looking for a fun time on a Friday night in Eugene, try this one!!!!

“Coolest staff in Eugene”
Reviewed April 10, 2010

Dave runs a great place! He's the main man, and he's always friendly and smiling- you'll definitely leave there smiling if you're lucky enough to get Dave at your table. Some of the other staff are really great too (my favorites are Laurel and Tom). If you get a newbie, be patient, because whoever they are, they're being trained by some of the best people in Eugene. This was one of the first places I stopped in Eugene, and now it is a must whenever I am in town. Yes, it is a brewery, but it is a great restaurant and fun place to go regardless if you drink or not. (Minors aren't allowed after 10p). Oh, and check out the free games on Wed and Fri nights- the prizes are hilarious!

“Great burger!”
Reviewed January 19, 2009

We've only been here for lunch, so I can't speak to the bar scene, but the food is great. They serve Kobe-style beef at a reasonable price - for those wondering if it's worth paying $5 more for a "Kobe" burger, it is. I'm sure it's not 100% authentic, but true Kobe (Wagyu to be precise) beef from Japan would be sacrilegious to make into a burger (and likely cost you $150!), so having something domestic that approximates Kobe's qualities is worth paying a bit more for. They melt in your mouth, especially with some of the Rogue Creamery bleu cheese on top. Heck, even the "Haute Dog" made from the Kobe-style beef is stupid-good.

Rest of their food is good too - the Hazelnut bread is a great appetizer, and the Rogue Dip sandwich is pretty tasty too. Fries are pretty consistently crispy.

Only knocking them down one bubble in rank for the crummy atmosphere; here again, in the evening with a bar crowd that'd probably be acceptable.
