I found my room perfectly fine for one night, and at the coupon rate of 49.95, probably one of the best deals in Eugene. Look at those who complain and the number of reviews they've posted. If it's one, or two, these aren't reliable opinions. Look for reviewers who've got a couple dozen or more for objective, experienced feedback.

My only complaint about this place is the unexplainable pylons strewn about the parking lot. They made parking very difficult. And, as noted in other reviews, the breakfast area is small and the offerings lean.

Other than these minor infractions, it's perfectly serviceable budget accommodations.

Avoid this awful place! Our "non-smoking" room reeked of stale cigarettes. Dead bugs stuck to the bathroom ceiling, dirty towels (totally gross!), broken lamps, windows that don't lock, holes in the wall spackled but never repainted, no coffee maker in the room, noisy, on a very busy street. Two Queen beds crammed into a very small room, so that you could barely get into the bathroom.

We stayed here for 5 nights with our cat. The room was small with queen bed, chair, stove, mini-fridge and microwave. Very clean, well maintained. Bed comfortable. They do have a fitness center, but we did not use it. The management was very cooperative about our pet. This is definetely a "budget" hotel, but works if you are just looking for a place to lay your head. Road noise can be a bit loud if you open windows, but otherwise it is OK.

Contrary to some people who wrote a review, we got a room in the middle of the hotel (which is situated between two main roads), we had to pay a bit more but we didn't have any problem with the noise.
The breakfast was very basic, there was no swimming pool and the business centre (the computer with the internet) was locked. However, the guy at the reception was really friendly and helpful, the hotel was well situated and we had a nice stay.
I would recommend this hotel with a room situated in the middle.

We purchased the pet friendly package which encluded a treat and bowls for my pet to use while there. We arrive and none of that is there. We tell the person at the front desk and you can tell they sent someone over to 7/11 to pick up some stuff. Crappy time there

After seeing all the "Vacancy" signs as we traveled through the Eugene region that day, I figured I'd have no problem finding a place to stay for the night. I was correct, and chose this place because it provided a coupon in those ubiquitous motel coupon books you find in freeway rest stops and in visitor centers. I got the coupon rate even though I got the largest room on the site, and the place (gasp!) ended up having no vacancies for that night! If you can get the coupon rate, this is a good value.

Our price was $67 per night grand total. The staff was polite and professional. The room was quiet, clean, and fully stocked. It featured full bath, air-conditioning, clock radio, phone, TV (about fifty channels), coffee maker, full-size fridge, microwave, and full kitchen with stove and sink (note that this may have been the only room so equipped). Free amenities included parking, continental breakfast, and wireless internet access. On-site was a laundry room. As noted, the breakfast area is VERY small; not able to handle even a few people -- just take the food to your room. Fast food places and convenience stores are fairly close.

We got a large room for a budget rate, but there's no guarantee anyone else will get such a good deal. But the place was perfectly adequate for a night or two.

The guy at the front desk was friendly, quick and helpful - but the whole experience went downhill from there. It's on a busy street, which we weren't prepared for. It's no surprise that you must pay upfront, when you check in. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for a quiet room when I booked our overnight reservation, and we ended up in #102, which is just feet from the street. The room itself smelled like mold and stale smoke, even though it was supposedly non-smoking. We tried to get a different room, but were told all rooms were taken. The cleanliness of room and bathroom is just barely adequate. I've NEVER stayed in a place that had stained bathroom linens! The room has 2 queen beds, and one of them nearly blocks the bathroom door. The TV blocks about 80% of the wall mirror, and the table is right over and in front of the air conditioner. The continental breakfast and area was exceptionally poor. Cramped beyond belief, even with only about 6 people-standing room only. On 8:30 on a Saturday morning, there were 2 kinds of cereal, coffee, and a wafflemaker. Apparently, people wanting waffles were having problems with them sticking, and someone had selected cups so small for the batter that they made mini-waffles. I think there was 1 slice of bread left near the toaster. My friend and I packed up, cleared out and headed to the local pancake house.
