We have eaten there fifteen times in 2012, and we are from out of town. The atmosphere is clean and Pacific Northwest; the wait staff predominantly are capable; the chef goes the extra mile to make the plate appearance interesting, and it is located near a large shopping center with a movie house. We have never been disappointed in the food, but last time had a new waitress who really flubbed up our order and no adjustment was made to our bill. We will avoid her in the future.
The seafood is fresh and there is an interesting array of choices. At least as many as we had in Hawaii a few weeks ago.
