Description: Our destination Inn sits on the edge of Joseph Creek Canyon, 34 miles North of Enterprise. It is WELL WORTH the breath-taking drive for dinner or overnight lodging with 7 eclectic choices in accommodations, both inside and out. Tuesday through Saturday we offer dinner by reservation only. Our scratch-made food is organic wherever possible and sourced locally. We feature Backyard Garden's organic greens in our salads as well as veggies from our own gardens when available. We strive for locally sourced, pesticide and antibiotic free meat when possible and feature Liberty Bakery, a local bakery that sprouts their own wheat from ancient grains to prepare our delicious signature RimRock sourdough bread. To see our specific weekly menu go to our website or check us out on Facebook. We also pair our dinners with some of the best Northwest wines. Desserts are homemade and change with our whim and what's seasonal. We have owned the Inn since 2004 and have had many fine chefs through the years. We leased the Inn out for 2 years but have taken back over and are "hands on" with every detail. As of Memorial Day 2013, we have added beautiful and unusual lodging as well as an amazing fresh and organic dinner menu. Dinner is now by reservation only and served Tuesday through Saturday. From 12-3 we are open for a bite and drinks featuring Chef Mike's incredible hand made Paninis. We would love to have you join us this 2013 season at the historic RimRock Inn and experience our brand of camping, overnight accommodations and dinner. Hard location to be a success. They try hard but it would have to be super special for a 40 minute drive to a remote location.

Hello, Though this is an old review I'd like to write and let you know that we are still in operation. As the original owner, I leased out the restaurant for the past two years. Admittedly, that was an unfortunate thing, but now it has not only been rectified but vastly improved with new destination overnight options. As of May 2013 we still feature our popular tipis but have added two new ones as well as other "glamping" options. In addition, we have two choices of indoor lodging within our historic Inn--The Chief Joseph Suite (king bed and luxurious appointments) and our Eagle's Aerie loft apartment with soaring views of the canyon. It features 2 bedrooms, a huge dining, kitchen, living area and a large bathroom with claw foot tub. All amenities are provided with these fine lodgings, including luxuriously soft towels, organic skin/hair care and upscaled beautiful bedding spotlighting Pendleton Woolen Mills accessories. Our outside guests are invited to shower in our two new beautiful shower rooms and breakfast is included with your overnight stay.

The restaurant is now by reservation only from Tuesday through Saturday with one fresh, local and organic entree per night. Our signature sourdough bread is made by a local bakery that sprouts their own wheat using ancient grains, our salads are organic and provided by an excellent local producer (and our garden) and we make all our scratch desserts that change with our whim and the season.

Please check us out on our website and on Facebook. We'd love to see you on the edge!
