Cozy fireplace, attentive staff, great food with local fresh ingredients. The location is in the heart of the small town of Dundee. Adjacent to the Ponzi tasting room, which I would skip, as so many more tasty wineries. The atmosphere is casual and well behaved children would be fine.

Really enjoyed the food. the dessert was incredible. Great wine selection as expected. Service was only ok but the food and ambiance made up for the lack of service.

We came here on a Friday night for dinner. Ordered the cornmeal crusted oysters for an appetizer. Then had the grass fed beef burger with truffle fries for the meal. So so good. Great portions and value for the price. Also has a great wine list and beer....including Lambic (raspberry beer)

The Dundee Bistro is not "ordinary". It attempts the best fresh, seasonal and local dishes and delivers a wonderful meal in a delightful environment. Service is swift and friendly. This restaurant will stay at the top of my fun day trip list, Dundee itself is a charming little burg with lots to do and some great shopping. At the end of the day, the memory of the quince accompanied duck dish accompanied by a nice local wine, served in front of a lovely warm fire, will remain for a good long while. This is a place I'll be sure to take all of my out of town guests, in spite of the traffic on highway 99 W. I can hardly wait to go back.

This was a terrific restaurant and one of the most enjoyable meals we've had in a long time. The wait staff is friendly and right on it with whatever you need. The food, the wine, the ambiance...we really enjoyed out meal and the experience.
