This place has the WORST customer service in the entire world. It doesn't matter how good the pastries are (they are good...but Sweet Life's are BETTER and they are friendlier there), nothing will convince me to return to this bakery EVER AGAIN.
The manager clearly did not want to honor the living social deal that both me and my boyfriend had purchased. Our first time in, the manager was downright RUDE and almost refused to honor our living social voucher because we came in for breakfast not lunch. SO WHAT! No where on the voucher did it say lunch only. Finally, we got some pastries, but after the stress of the argument that SHE initiated we were not able to enjoy them.
So for our second voucher, we planned to go for lunch (since that is CLEARLY what she wanted) and the woman says you can't order anything with salmon in it...which was ALL of the specials, compromising HALF of the menu! Are you actually kidding me? The manager of this place MADE UP a limitation (I double checked the contract's fine print...NO WHERE does it say no salmon).
This place is a stress fest. It just isn't worth it. PLEASE save yourself the misery of visiting this pastry shop and go somewhere else. It would legitimately be less stressful to MAKE your own pastries...and that is saying something because those are hard to make.
BOYCOTT FLEUR DE LIS!!! DOWN WITH BAD BUSINESSES!!!
