Corvallis restaurants have come a long ways in the last 20 years, and del Alma shows that this town has now evolved enough to provide a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant is comfortable and classy, and the service attentive and friendly. The wine list was plentiful and it looked like they served some fun cocktails. The menu consists of a nice array of tapas and entrees, all using fresh and often local ingredients. I had the beef filet, which was extremely tender and cooked perfectly, and ended the meal with the Mexican flourless chocolate torte served with salted caramel ice cream, which was absolutely, sinfully marvelous. I would highly recommend del Alma for an upscale dinner that you'll really enjoy.
