Ruby Tuesday is another chain I haven't been to in a while and it didn't disappoint either. Even though our server was new, she did a very good job in taking care of us. Management also did a good job on checking up on their guests. Ruby's has a very good salad bar that comes with some meals, but does cost extra with others. I ordered the blackened tilapia special that did come with the salad bar and for $9.99 one can't go wrong. The salad bar has a lot more options than some places which is nice. It's not skimpy. The fish and rice were very good as well. The fish was spicy, but not too bad for those who don't like too much spice. Very nice dinner for the price. The only disappointing thing about Ruby's, like a lot of chains, it has disappeared from the Seattle area. It makes for a nice dining option.
