No breakfast ...in fact not even coffee in the morning. you are on your own. We made our own coffee and Felicia never showed up to make breakfast. never saw "John."
Felicia was no where to be seen in the morning for breakfast. she totally abandoned the whole bed and breakfast which was full. We let ourselves out in the morning and went to a local restaurant. How can they run a business like this?

The house was magnificant. The decor was beautiful. It was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. Great Belgium Waffles and great Blackberries with bananas. John is a wonderful artist. Makes you feel right at home. Felicia is a good cook. they accomodated my husband and I was grateful for that. He is a picky eater. We felt right at home there and would go back. One night was just not enough. Love the doggies too. Very friendly. Great place to stay. German restaurant in town had good food also.

Not knowing exactly where we wanted to stay in Coos Bay, we came across The Coos Bay Manor while performing an Internet search during lunch. What attracted us most about their advertising was how accommodating they were and they did not let us down a bit. The hosts are genuine and warm. We felt welcome the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and charming. Breakfast was terrific. I'd stay with them again without hesitation.

The owner, Felicia's generous hospitality was a true delight. The tasty breakfasts, Coos Bay Manor's old world charm, and John's (Co-owner) water color artwork were very much appreciated.

We stayed in the Colonial room and had the best night sleep ever and the room was spotless! The host was so helpful and friendly. We will definately return and tell all of our friends to go to the Coos Bay Manor.

My wife and I arrived late, but the owner/proprietor Felicia was helpful and very hospitable. The house is a spacious and nicely decorated Victorian in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was large, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was provided in a large, bright and elegantly decorated dining room. The property is pet friendly and Felicia was more than helpful in providing an area and dishes for feeding our Golden Retriever. I would highly recommend this B&B to my friends from Michigan traveling the Pacific coast.

The room we stayed in was dirty, dusty and spelled bad. The bed linens and carpet appeared to be the cause of the oder. If you are thinking of staying here with your dog, the small yard in back of the house is covered in old dog poop, from the owners two dogs, or others? One owner was onsite when we checked in, she showed us to our room and made mention of us looking at a breakfast menu later, when I brought it up later she said, "I am thinking of making eggs" Thinking was about all she did because we got up the next morning to a note on the kitchen table reading, "I'm sick, I will adjust your bill accordingly" no breakfast, no coffee, nothing.
The bed was horrible, old and lumpy. In the bathroom cabinet, with the hair dryer, there were old used bars of soap a used tooth brush and razor.
The dust was an inch thick behind the night stand and on all other surfaces that were hard to reach. The room also had a door that at one time adjoined it to the room next door, which was now that rooms bathroom, so you could hear the other guests using the bathroom.
