Observe cheese being made and taste a variety of cheese in this small shop where award winning blue cheese of many varieties is created. Friendly staff. Watch their video.

the great cheeses and wines here in this tiny village WAY off the beaten path! There is a small deli just off the tasting room where you can choose breads, wines, and other picnic supplies to go with all the lucious cheeses they produce and sell on the spot. Sample All the blue cheeses and take more than one home! My personal fav is the Smokey Blue but I like them all. All I can say. Is that this is a cheese lovers paradise but a pocketbook breaker! We left $100+ lighter but very happy with our cheese!

Enjoy.

People were super nice! Very free with their samples and I could not stump them with questions. We stocked up for the Britt Music Festival. Various Cheese and sausage; fresh bread and wine/ beer. Picnic under the stars with their fine cheese.

The award winning blue cheese goes on the elk burger at Jaspers. Less than a mile away. Both are not to be missed.

Fantastic array of cheese for all taste buds, nice video on how the famous blue vein is made. good parking and lots to choose from in this shop. A tad pricey to others we have been too, taste of the cheese makes up for that.
