“Excellent First Time Zip Line Trip!”
Reviewed July 5, 2013

I was invited to attend this zip line trip for a friend's 50th birthday! I was hesitant at first, but am so glad I went. We were a group of 10 and ended up having a great day! Our guides for the day were Steve and Kevin. They were both tons of fun, had a great sense of humor, but were knowledgeable and serious when necessary. The majority of our group had never zip lined before and felt this course was an excellent choice for first timers! The first line is definitely a "trial" run, but for those of us who were still slightly apprehensive it's worth every minute. It gives you a chance to get a feel for it, before you're on a "real" line. By the completion of the second line, all apprehension was gone and we were all having a GREAT time! The fifth and final line is definitely the best, it's not only the longest, but provides some of the best views! All in all, I'd say this is well worth the investment. I'm already looking for possible zip courses to incorporate in future travel plans.

As a tip to future zippers. The company will only run one credit/debit card per reservation. This wasn't a huge deal for our group, but I can see where it could be if the person making the reservation wasn't able to charge the balance or if everyone was planning on paying with cards. Just make sure everyone comes with cash, or makes arrangements to pay the person charging the balance.

We really hope your zipline adventures continue. "Zip On" :)
In response to payments for reservations- We explained to the person making the group reservation that the credit card on file is holding the reservation and on the day of the tour they will be asked if they would like us to charge the card on file or pay with cash. We also explain that individually payments can be made by phone up until the time of the tour if needed. Some party leaders ask participants to call and prepay by phone so that the entire balance is not held on one card.

“Great Fun!”
Reviewed June 30, 2013

I booked the ziplining trip for my friend's 40th bday! Four of us went and we had a fantastic time! Our guides were Steve Carlino and his "brother" Steve, haha! Both of them were very professional and knowledgeable.......additionally, they were extremely funny! They kept us entertained the whole time. There were 5 ziplines in total, the first one is really just a "trial" line, to make sure every one understands how it all works and to make sure you want to continue on to the next lines. The views were beautiful and the line 5 was awesome at just over a 1/4 mile long! The only "downside" if asked........ if that when you are in a group of 12, there is some "waiting around" time. The guides manage it well with conversation and humor! I thought it was reasonably priced and would recommend it to any one! Thanks so much!!!!
