We just had our second experience at EVOO. It just gets better and better. This was the weeknight Market Dinner that is a combination of plated service and buffet. We took advantage of Bob's (owner/chef) wine recommendation and ordered a bottle of Capitello, a local Sauvignon Blanc. It was refreshing and went beautifully with the food items. Bob and his assistant Patty prepared a Pizzella for appetizer that was excellent. It had a blue cheese sauce with fresh peaches and walnuts. There were several items on the buffet that he had demonstrated as the evening progressed. Of all the great tastes my favorite was the beef sirloin. Amazing and perfectly cooked. The dessert ws a small cake in a pool of cream and then loaded with berries and a dab of whipped cream on top. The flavors melted together. An evening at EVOO is educational, entertaining and delicious!
