“Stay away!!!”
Reviewed February 20, 2012

What use to be a great "go-to" restaurant was a huge disapointment. After waiting 30 minutes to get our order taken, after another 30 minutes we still hadn't seen any food and the restaurant was almost empty!!! Service was horrible and wait staff attitude was horrible!!! We paid for our drinks and got out of there!!

“AWFUL!”
Reviewed February 20, 2012

The cook thinks their recipes are inventive....actually, they are more like your 8 year old would concoct. The fish & chips were fried in the world's oldest oil, they were almost black and the fries, called "logs" were just that, grease soaked and soggy. Only tried one and half a fish portion but had indigestion and nausea all night. Best thing there was the "organic" tea! The uncooked vegetable salad tasted okay but you had to be a rabbit to enjoy the chewing it took to eat it. No thanks, never going back there.

“Yummy dinners at Cannon Beach”
Reviewed February 20, 2012

We had our anniversary dinner here and it was very delicious. I had the spaghetti with chicken and their sauce was very, very good. We also took dessert back with us to our hotel and it was very yummy as well.

The wait staff was very friendly and we didn't have to wait very long for our food.

The only bad part is that it was so cold in the restaurant, but it was January, their was lots of snow in the mountains, and we were seated by the window.

“Good but not remarkable”
Reviewed February 10, 2012

We've eaten here several times now. I don't think the menu has changed since the 90's. This time I had the Seafood Carbonara and my hubby had the marinara linguini with chicken. Both were exactly as described and pretty darned good! This is a family dinner place that needs to update the menu, and have more lower priced Fish & chip type options. But it has been consistantly good. $$

“DID SOMEONE SAY IT WAS HOMEMADE”
Reviewed February 1, 2012

Fun atmosphere, with two seperate rooms, both having large fireplaces, the log cabin feel made you feel as though you were in the woods not the beach. good food
