“One of the best parks!”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

This was by far one of our favorites on our Oregon Coast Journey. The trails were so beautify and we saw so much wildlife including a Deer Doe and her Fawn. We spent a couple of hours just wondering on the trails and looking at the beauty of it. There were very few people so we were able to enjoy it even more.

“Spectacular tidal pools and water fall”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

A gem. The entrance is connected to a large parking lot. Many surfers come to Oswald for the shallow and long stretches. Dogs love it, too. At low tide, it had some of the most spectacular tidal pooling. Huge sea stars, sea urchins, vegetable life galore. The setting could not be more majestic and beautiful.

“fabulous”
Reviewed October 6, 2012

Short, easy walk down to the beach, which is very, very dog friendly... surfers galore, caves and a waterfall near the beach. There was a little tidle pool with starfish in it! All in all, I could hardly tear myself away!

I stopped here and took the trail down to the beach. It is so lovely walking through the trees/forest and down to the beach. I can't wait to return. Very beautiful and peaceful!
