Amenity wise a step above motel 6 and a little below a Super 8 style but clean and comfortable. My main issue was the breakfast area was so small there was not seating, you had to take a tray back to your room. Other than that if you are looking for a good overnight stop in Burns this place fits the bill.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the rear

A pet friendly motel with reasonable prices ($65/night, king-size bed) causes a little higher rating. An outside and hall entrance for first floor rooms; hall entrance and balcony on second floor. Warm pool/hot tub. Offers adequate breakfast, but no hot foods. As with most motels, running water/bath noises carry well. Restaurants located about half mile down the road; the motel is a little isolated if looking for shopping. A great place to stay in a small town.

Room Tip: Ask for second floor if you desire a small balcony (no view) or first floor with outside entrance for convenience of carrying in luggage.

Rates are very reasonable. Pets are welcomed in only a few rooms. Rooms are nice and clean. Fixtures are blue which dates the place. Very quiet even though it is on the main road. Second floor rooms have a balcony and are accessible indoors. First floor rooms are accessible from outside or inside.

We had been staying at the Best Western across the street but it was booked when we got to town so we decided to try the America's Best Inn. For a little less, the motel provided a good place to stay. The biggest difference was the breakfast which reminded me of the breakfasts served ten+ years ago when motels first started having continental breakfasts. Cereal, pastries, toast, fruit, coffee and juice was about it. The room we had was nice with a flat screen TV and comfortable beds. One nice feature was that our room(deluxe) had two doors which was handy for us nice my wife has a hard time walking so it was a short trip out to the car or you could go right into the hall. The pool was clean and warm.

Room Tip: Ask for a deluxe room if you want one with two doors for easy access to your vehicle.

This place was clean and affordable. A little dated with blue bath fixtures but comfortable and quiet even though we were there during the fair. Very friendly front office staff who recommended a good dinner place.
