We've stayed at this motel at least a dozen times over 20+ years. It's our go-to lodging when traveling south through Oregon. We've never been disappointed with a room. The rates are also reasonable. Parking is along the outside. Their breakfast is simple, but welcome since it's hard to find a good breakfast in Burns. There's an indoor swimming pool and other amenities that come with the rooms--refrigerator, microwave, etc. We highly recommend this motel.

Room Tip: We like the upper floor with the balconies.

As other reviewers have noted this is standard roadside accomodation. The rooms are dated with blue bathroom fixtures. The hot and cold on the taps were reversed. They have painted and done some updating. The pool was fine and the breakfast adequate.

Stayed one night during a recent hunting trip to the Burns area. Room was very clean, new looking, comfortable, etc. The heater worked very well and was quiet. The bathroom was clean and new and there was plenty of hot water.

One nice thing about this room were the double doors. There was one for the common, internal hallway with access to the pool and continental breakfast, and another directly outside to the parking area. This made things very convenient when leaving early to go hunting and not bother the other guests.

The lady at the front desk was kind and professional.

The continental breakfast was only fair but well stocked and fresh.

This is a standard , no frills, roadside hotel which excels at was it does best. That is to provide a clean, comfortable and quiet place to spend the night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We took a roadtrip from Oregon to the Sawtooth Mts, in Idaho, then on thru Montana, and back to Oregon. Burn's was a halfway point between our home and first destination in Idaho. As we've traveled several times to Yellowstone, and Idaho on trips before, we've stayed in Burns 3 or 4 times over the years, while on route there, or back from trips. The last two trips, we stayed at this particular motel. Both stays were just awesome. The rooms were very clean and smoke free. They are relatively quiet, and have lots of additional conveniences for the customers including microwave, refridgerator, a lil continental breakfast, etc., and parking right outside the rooms (and exterior doors, which we love for the convenience of hauling in luggage and safeguarding our vehicle. The management is just superb...on both trips, though different personnel each trip, they were extremely friendly and helpful each time. We felt very welcome. As Burns is a small town with not a lot there, it was a big relief to find a place to stay that we felt pleasantly surprised to see how comfortable compared to so many other places we've stayed. And the price was the best part. It was one of the least expensive on our trip for nice but affordable rooms, and offered so much more for the money. If you're on route traveling and need a comfortable, clean, affordable (and friendly) place to stay... We'd recommend them (and have), and look forward to the stops there on future trips we take. I only wish we could have found accomodations like this everywhere we go!

good stop off after long drive from Newport, Oregon, reasonable price, got it a bit cheaper as we were able to manage the stairs !!! well whatever eh :-) the water system is evergreen shower which is an invigorating movable showerhead with massage affect, it eliminates chlorine and sediments and leaves skin feeling soft, well it was all rather unexpected but it was really nice and my skin and hair did feel soft and they also had an extra tap at the handbasin for filtered water, so all good, bed also good there was a bit of a breakfast thingy going on in reception, coffee, orange and some pre-packed pastries, cereal and bread for you to toast so you didnt need to go out starving.
