A GEM. Rates were very reasonable, so wasn't expecting much. Room was large, bright, very clean. Plenty of towels. Staff was friendly, helpful, They recommended an excellant restaurant for breakfast, Even took a picture for my grandaughter in front of the lodge.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel. The room we stayed in was recently updated and very clean. We found the management to be very helpful and friendly. We will be sure to stay here again when we find ourselves in the area.

I am not fond of motels, but we needed to stop somewhere on our drive down the coast. The Wild Rivers Motor Lodge was very clean and easy to find. It looked quite pretty from the road. You can hear traffic from the 101, but it really dies down at night. The room was huge, and the Bath and Body Works soaps were such a nice treat. The owner was really nice, and their big kitty strolled over for a cuddle when we were out by the car. The in-room coffee was so good! I've never had hotel coffee that good before. Such a lovely surprise. All in all, this was a perfect place to stay.

We stayed here one night in a two-week tour of Oregon. It was our lowest price stay and one of the best for comfort and cleanliness. The room, a premium king, was large and modern. I'm more sensitive than most to road noise, and so I was a bit dismayed when we checked in that the road seemed so close and the traffic so loud. But our room was tucked into a corner and the new and clean a/c unit had a fan-only setting (yay!) that provided good white noise, and so we never heard anything. As others have mentioned, the soaps and other toiletries were very nice. The TV cable reception wasn't the best (might have been a problem with our particular TV), but TV isn't important to us. Free HBO though. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in one of their deluxe rooms. They are not much larger than a normal motel room, but they are really nicely furnished. The wash bowel area and bathroom area use all top grade materials. and the rooms are well soundproofed. The soaps etc are from Bath And Body Works, which is a nice plus, but if you stay more than one night, don't expect a re-supply . Even though you are paying the same amount for successive nights, you are expected to make the original supply of soaps, shampoo and hand lotion last. This is a minor thing, but a bad policy, and needs changing.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to park overnight on our trip up the Pacific Coast. This motel exceeded our expectations - for price, for cleanliness, for room size, for highway noise, and staff friendliness. The fancy soaps were a real treat! I would have liked softer towels, but that's hardly a reason to complain. This place was great.

Went to Brookings Oregon to visit my wife's family. Regretfully couldn't find a kennel for our large dog, so did some research on "pet" friendly motels. Found Wild Rivers and thought we would take a chance on it. Best choice we could have made. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and large. It had a refrigerator and micro wave. Rates were very resonable for the area and it is indeed "pet" friendly with a dog walking are. Plan on making more trips to the area, and hopefully want to do a repeat and stay there.
