“Brunch Under the Falls”
Reviewed November 27, 2012

Sunday brunch is a must. Compared to many places in the gorge it is a great value. The staff is wonderful and the food very good with a varied selection.

“Nice place to stop on a trip up or down the Gorge”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

A friend and I stopped here for lunch after a drive up the Gorge. The setting is lovely with views fo the falls, service was excellent and the food was good. I had onion soup which was good although I'd have liked the option to have a salad with it rather than the bread. My friend enjoyed the mac and cheese. Coffee (decaf for me) was particularly good. There's a small US Forest Service interpretive center on the lower level--definitely worth a look.

“Beautiful location along with wonderful food and great service.”
Reviewed November 2, 2012

Drove out to the falls on a cold & rainy afternoon. Had a Groupon to use and very pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service provided. I ordered the meatloaf sandwich which was so good. Brought home my leftovers and it reheated wonderfully. After our meal, the rain had stopped and we walked out to view the falls. It was so nice as we were the only people there. A very special memory!

“Pleasantly Surprised”
Reviewed October 22, 2012

We showed up after a long hike and we were hungry. We debated whether or not to eat at the lodge thinking it would be expensive and tasteless (more like Disneyland). We were pleasantly surprised to find out it was a real restaurant, reasonably priced with delicious food! My husband had the Reuben Sandwich after he was told that they cure their own meat. He said it was the best Reuben he has ever had! I had the fish and chips and it was light and tasty.

The restaurant has a beautiful main room with a fire place. We showed up around noon on a Saturday, so it was busy and we waited in the bar/lounge are for about 20 minutes. The bar area was a little run down and no one came to clean up the previous occupants stuff while we were there. But I would still recommend the restaurant, it was so good.
