“Great location!”

If you're goal is to see the Columbia River gorge, this place is perfect. It is secluded. One must drive to find places for dinner. However, it is in the middle of all the falls in the area. The carriage house was comfortable. Bring your own snacks. There is nothing available to guests after breakfast.

Normally I do a lot of research about where I stay. But this time we had a wedding in nearby Corbett and just took the first suggestion on the list of recommendations. I'm so glad we did. The room was lovely. I slept better than I had all trip. It was really cool to stay in a historic house that was actually passed on through a family. You would hardly know that a family still lived there, cause we had so much privacy. But we asked to see pics of the kids and animals after our yummy breakfast and got to hear some hilarious stories. Plus it is in a perfect location and very reasonably priced.

This was my second stay at the Bridal Veil B&B. We're already planning a trip back; the accommodations are enchanting, the owner is lovely and personable, the price is great, the food is fabulous. I'd recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for natural beauty steeped in history. Or maybe history steeped in natural beauty.

My fiancee and I stayed here the last week of March, and I thought it was great, secluded and very quiet. We stayed the night in one of the rooms off the main house and it was very comfortable. The inn keeper was extremely nice and a history buff like myself. There is a lot of history in this place and the inn keeper was more then happy to share some of it with us about the house, the history of Bridal Veil and a lot of the artifacts of that era. Breakfast was very yummy. If we come back, we will stay here again. I thought the price was fine and it is cash only.

A quaint little B and B with rich history and a very knowledgeable, entertaining and gracious innkeeper. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and well-kept with big windows, private patios and cute antiques. Service was homey and readily available with a delicious breakfast that competes with the bigger B and Bs. Location is perfect to sight-see in the Columbia River Gorge. Call for directions, though, do not use your GPS!

We paid 135 for the night which we feel was very over priced for novemeber. It is two rooms side by side duplex style and in the morning when the people next door showered Pr used their water there was a hammering in the pipes so loud it woke us up. We were meant to stay 2 nights but cancelled and stayed at a hotel in the village for 75 which was very quite.

This guest left, before breakfast, without paying a dime. They left their $ in the car when they checked in and my assistant told them they could pay in the morning. They would not have had to pay full price, because they were right about the pipes. My plumber had not turned the water back on fully after doing some work in the cottage that day. My apologies there.

Review of the Bridal Veil Falls Bed and Breakfast: This was our first visit and we were very impressed with the heritage and history of this wonderful Inn. The cabin was immaculate and very comfortable - with modern as well as historic decor. Separate from the Inn itself - the cabin(s) are woodsy and provide a sense of serenity as well as privacy. The Inn itself is steeped in History and information of an era long past but still very present in this period of time. We were given a tour of the Inn and the many artifacts were of much interest to anyone who appreciates history and the nature of our country. Our breakfast was gourmet and well prepared and served. Delicious and out of the norm. I would recommend this Inn to anyone looking for solitude and peace - a perfect night's rest and awesome food. And wonderful folks who make your stay so enjoyable you can't wait to come back again - and again!! Located just a few miles from the hubbub of the city - and close to the most beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails. Out of 10 stars I would give this Bed and Breakfast all 10.
