We arrived in town without reservations on Labor Day weekend and found our normal first choices full. On a recommendation from one of the booked establishments, we ended up at the Bend Inn and Suites. The grounds are fine and the rooms clean and fairly well-appointed. This is probably not a hotel we will seek out on future trips, but as a back-up, we were not disappointed. The morning breakfast bar was very limited in choices, and unless you really enjoy dry cereal and milk, you may want to head down the road for a proper meal. Otherwise, the overall experience was ok.
