“Last minute booking”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 22, 2013

Decided to visit Bend last minute on a Friday so made a last minute booking and this turned out to be a good choice. Renae was extremely helpful when checking in. Rooms immaculate although a typical old style motel but at least you aren't paying for a fancy hotel lobby. Great location as only a few blocks from Downtown. Only drawback was that the breakfast room only has 6 tables which are inadequate for the number of guests and also out of scrambled eggs and waffle mix very slow to come out of machine. Took breakfast back to our room as no where to sit.

Due to car trouble, I unexpectedly wound up in Bend and needing two nights' accommodation. The Three Sisters Inn and Suites looked good and clean, and I ended up being very pleased with my choice. Ranae at check-in was warm, friendly and welcoming. She took an acitve interest in my plight and did everything possible to get me into a room and oriented to Bend. i later met Ken and Milagros, who were equally friendly and helpful and who made sure I had a comfortable stay. For the area, I found this property offered very good value. In addtion, breakfast was far better than I expected with a nice assortment of things, both hot and cold, to eat. Bend is very nice place, and I hope to make it back there again--on purpose next time. I will not hesitate to stay at the Three Sisters Inn and Suites. Thanks again, Ranae, Milagros and Ken.

Needed a comfortable, clean room for one night and that's what we got. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than we expected. Especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after many hours of driving.

This property is an old best western and the feel was the same. Good clean hotel at an affordable price I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel if I were in the area again. We were just passing through and just needed a place to put our heads down, and this hotel was perfect for that.

We stayed in a room here with our teenage daughter for four nights having come to the area for a wedding. Price was definitely a consideration for this trip. We found the room quite comfortable as far as the amenities however the bed was a major disappointment. Not comfortable at all, even our daughter complained about it. A plus about the room was that the window had a blind that we could close during the day that would let the sunlight in and allow us to see out some without people passing by being able to see into us. Of course at night the big drapes could be used to make a dark place to sleep. Another plus was that the first night being tired after 8 hours on the road we were able to walk a couple blocks to a fantastic dinner at Kayo's. Don't let the outside fool you - great food!

A friend and I went to OR and we got in late. We had to find a hotel to stay in for the night and we came in and the person at the front desk (tricea twist) was a great help. She was so friendly she made my friend and I feel welcome. The room was comfy, but what made our stay was the customer service she provided.

If you have to be in Bend OR (we weren't all that excited about the town, but it was time to stop for the night), this is a comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay. We had a little trouble locating it. The AAA book listed it as "Best Western" but the name has recently changed to "Three Sisters" It's an easy walk to the main street for restaurants and shops, although one route takes you through a longer, darker tunnel under the freeway. Go to Franklin Street and then turn. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. There is a breakfast room available in the morning with all the basics. It served our needs for the night very well.
