Just stayed for one night. Had a one bedroom suite that was super clean and modern. A huge bathroom vanity, sitting room with a flat screen and stereo/CD player and love seat, and nice bedroom with another flat screen. Everything seemed new. I didn't use the fitness center or eat the breakfast so I can't comment. Great location, quiet, nice front desk staff...I have nothing negative to say. It is close to the Cascade Village shopping area which is very nice. I ate at the sushi restaurant located there and it was great too. I would gladly stay there again.

The property was very clean and nicely maintained. Nice size room with king size bed & love seat with a small microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The service was Marriott perfect and very friendly.

The hotel was in a great location that is an easy walk to downtown Bend including some very nice restaurants and a few of the breweries.

Well stocked breakfast room with good choices.

Stayed here for a quick business trip. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The gym was decent too. More than I expected for a hotel this size. Breakfast though was meager. Could have had a healthier choice or two.

While we absolutely LOVE staying at the Oxford when in Bend, sometimes the budget dictates otherwise and/or one has Marriott points to burn. Such was the case during our last visit to Bend. Sure, the Fairfield won't any design awards any time soon, but the staff was pleasant, the rooms were clean, parking was a breeze, I could still walk to my favorite coffee shops, and the laundry facilities came in handy after logging miles on the nearby mountain bike trails. Our experience was so pleasant that we're making a return next week.

Room Tip: High floor away from elevator (to reduce noise).

Not a resort, but a very clean, updated-style hotel, impressive for just a hotel. I stayed on the not-highway side and thus had no road noise issues. I would stay here again. My only complaint was the in-room fridge did not seem cold enough and I was told they are all that temperature; I did not trust it to contain perishable foods for more than a day.

Our comfortable ground-floor king room faced Hwy 97, the major truck route. Across Hwy 97 is a busy railway where engines idled frequently during our one-night stay. Our room was fairly quiet when the windows were closed, and we used a sound conditioner to sleep (we were still aware of some noise). So request a room away from the highway.

When we checked in, the front desk clerk told us that the motel was nearly full, but we never heard other guests. There is free Internet, but the tablet got only two bars on wireless. The netbook used the CAT5 connection and it didn't slow down mid-week after dinner like at some other motels. The fridge had a usable freezer. All the electrical outlets were in use or blocked by furniture, except one that was inconveniently located across the walkway, so I was happy to be traveling with a multi-outlet surge protector.

Our first room was over the service laundry room, where the commericial dryers were running; and there was a horrible drone and vibration in the room. Fortunately, we inspect rooms before bring our luggage in, so that probably helped when we immediately complained. The pleasant desk clerk promptly and courteously assigned us another room.

Room Tip: Get a room away from the highway.

As other reviewers have noted, this Fairfield Inn is a very nice property, especially for a Fairfield Inn. The property is very clean (it was as clean as when I stayed there 2 years ago when the hotel was new), and the staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out. We had a King Suite room that was very nice -- the room had a divider with the bed on one side and the other had a sofa bed, TV and desk. The bathroom was larger than normal, with a good counter that easily held the toiletries for 2 people.

Breakfast is the typical Fairfield Inn breakfast, but the breakfast room was very clean and well laid out.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I returned to Bend.

Room Tip: One side of the hotel faces a highway, so I requested a room on the other side of hotel.
