Stayed in many of the hotels in Bend, and lived there for 3 years. The Oxford hotel is hands down the best property in Bend to stay at, and...it's downtown!! We enjoyed our breakfast room service, the views of Bend from our room. Everything was clean and top notch, and the service was phenomenal!

This was our first stay here, and oh...what a wonderful place to stay! We have stayed in many hotels all over the world, and so are very hotel savvy! The property is beautiful, the location downtown is awesome and the staff is incredible! We were warmly welcomed, Jason chatted with my husband while I handled the check in process with some delightful young ladies. We were upgraded to a Deluxe King room with mountain views that was simply lovely! We arrived to find a special, personalized welcome gift to go with our upgraded room...thank you SO much to the sales department, we truly appreciated all your kind efforts & thoughts! Although we were here during the COVID pandemic, there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance with outdoor seating...you don't even have to get back in the car once you arrive!! We actually ended up coming back to the hotel after drinks at a place nearby & ordered room service...it was fabulous! My husband had the salmon with the potatoes & fresh veggies, and I had the gnocchi appetizer with half a wedge salad. It was all delicious and delivered in a timely manner! We would most definitely stay here again whenever we are in Bend!! Thank you SO much for for everything!! And a shout out to Steven & Jamie at the Oxford Suites in Silverdale, Washington that booked the reservation for us...we lived there off and on for two years while we built a house and became family with everyone there! The Oxford Hotel in Bend just confirmed the fabulous service you will get at any of their properties!! Bravo!!

I have lived in Bend for 15+ years and my wife and I find any opportunity to stay at the Oxford. The service is truly 5 stars and while some may say it is expensive, for what you get...not even close. It is a premiere hotel that fits the Bend lifestyle. I cannot recommend strongly enough to stay here if you want a relaxing, accessible and top tier experience.

Great experience and stay. Lovely heated floors in the bathroom, pillow menu, ground coffee in multiple roasts and french press and excellent, attentive service. Room service from 10Below restaurant was superior. Large portions and timely, hot.

The Oxford may just be our favorite hotel after last night’s stay. The entire property is well outfitted and set up for the pandemic and everything is spotless! The room service was to die for - everything was perfect. The soap menu for the tub was a very welcome surprise and such a treat! The towels are big and fluffy and there’s plenty of them in the bathroom. The bed is supremely comfortable - soft and supportive with great linens and a pillow menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee set up - no wasteful K cups or pods here. The three different coffee roasts in the room were lovely for the French press. There’s also plenty of drink ware in the room. The TV also had a panel at the desk for plugging in your own display cables or streaming device - next time we’ll pack the Roku! The service here has also been incredible. Everyone is genuinely friendly and warm, which is saying something considering the 6 ft of distance they religiously maintain. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. You have customers for life!

Great location in downtown bend that allows pets to stay! Staff is always friendly and helpful to humans and dogs alike. Rooms are comfortable, clean and exceed our expectations. Very close to restaurants, breweries and shopping.
