Pronghorn golf course is one of the most scenic courses I've played. The course itself is very fair with plenty of risk/reward situations and amazing greens. Hats off to the greens crew. On the other hand, the service at the course, proshop and other departments is pretty disappointing. I have played top-ranked courses all over the country and Pronghorns customer service is ( pun intended) sub par. If they could channel the attention to detail given to the conditioning of the course towards their customer service.....it could be a game changer.

Golf courses = AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!

Proshop service = Very amateur and lacking in essential skills to enhance the guest experience compared to other premier resorts

Hands-down, two of the finest courses in Oregon, providing a golf experience rivaling the Bandon courses. Fazio 8 & 18 plus Nicklaus 15 are certainly in an elite class of quality golf holes.

The golf courses were flawless and surely keep the members challenged on a daily basis.

The only downside was the lack of hospitality by the proshop staff. Something as simple as asking if a shirt was available in a certain size seemed to be asking for too much effort to walk around the counter.

If TPC courses are the gold standard in golf course hospitality, Pronghorn has a way to go. I hope the GM can get this fixed as this is the first interaction that any potential new member has with the staff (apart from the valet staff, which, in contrast, were extremely accommodating).

If you're looking for seclusion and secrecy, this place is for you. If you'd rather feel the warmth of Central Oregon, visit elsewhere!

Played the Nicholas course and it was amazing. Everything was perfectly done, from the club house, to the men's room, and of course the course. I will definitely be coming back here.
