We were able to each get what we wanted - sandwich, salad, pasta. The Cubano was very nice, with well seasoned meat and nice crispy bread. The Thai salad came with a good amount of chicken (about 5 oz), and the salad dressing was delicious. The bolognese pasta was excellent, with a flavorful sauce and the noodles were cooked just right. Restaurant seemed family friendly, and we eyed some tasty looking pizzas being served to others around us.

Jackson's corner could be perfect (for a group of parents with youngish kids (age 2-7) who love good food and good drink). This place is great for anyone, really, but it's especially wonderful for sitting outside and letting the kids play on the playground and just enjoying a great moment of food, wine, beer, and friends. The food is out of this world. It's local, it's fresh, it's organic (when possible). If you don't like a beer on tap, and there are many great ones to choose from, there will be something on their literal wall of beverages. It ranges from milk and juices to the best beers North America has to offer (and some imports). I didn't really pay attention to the wine, but I am sure it's great too. The pizza is perfectly made in the fire fired oven and the pastas are made fresh in house. We have friends who live in Bend and they were more than excited to take us here, and I can see why. Because you are in Bend you have to go to the breweries, but if that's not your thing or you want a break from the brewery, or you are looking for a place where the kids can play and you can sit and eat, this is it! If you have time for three or more dinners while in Bend, you have failed if you have not included Jackson's Corner for one of them.

A little European bistro in Bend, Oregon. A quick walk from our B&B- The Mill Inn. Great food. Eat inside or out.

Staff is helpful and friendly. My personal favorite is breakfast and lunch. Dinner is good but their aren't as many gluten free options. Local fresh ingredients used beautifully to create daily specials.

Jackson's Corner is a nice casual place removed from the bustle of town with ample street parking in a neighborhood south of town. highly recommended.
