We live in Bend and enjoy eating out 3-4 times a week. There are many wonderful places in this great town, but Jackson's is top. Their menu is diverse enough to satisfy nearly any interest, from specialty pizzas, to great salads, to steak sandwiches, pastas, and the list goes on. Jackson's features mostly local, fresh ingredients. Jackson's has a solid selection on local craft brews on tap and a large selection of wine. The staff is what helps make this place so great. You may get caught waiting in line waiting a couple minutes to order, but a staff member most likely is going to grab you a beer or wine while you wait. Jackson's also has a great history. Years ago in he early 1900's this used to be one of the original markets in Bend. Memorabilia is showcased throughout the restaurant.
If you're around on a Thursdays get to Jackson's for one of the best burgers in town. It's only on Thursday and the number of patties are limited. Well worth the wait in line.
