“Jackson's Corner IS Bend”
Reviewed June 14, 2011

This restaurant is fantastic! I have no idea why it is so far down the list of restaurants in Bend. We live in Central Oregon and Jackson's Corner easily makes our Top 5 list in town, and just might be at the top. The food and service at Jackson's is really top notch. Fresh ingredients, wood fired pizzas, house-made pasta, awesome sandwiches and even great breakfast options. What really makes Jackson's Corner special though is the atmosphere. If you had 30 minutes to spend in Bend, Oregon and wanted to get a feel for the vibe of the town, a sit-down here would send you away with a good idea and a very happy belly. Jackson's corner is a little bit of everything that is great about Bend!

“NOT TO BE MISSED<<<<FABULOUS!”
Reviewed April 22, 2011

My husband and I heard about Jackson's Corner from some friends and went for dinner on our first night in Bend. All I can say is it was one of the most fabulous restaurants we have ever had the pleasure to dine in! Thursday night was burger night and I have had Kobe burgers for $30.00 that did not hold a torch to the $12.00 burger with organic locally sourced beef, old white chedder, bacon, arugula etc you get the picture. They have a brick oven pizza and we had a chance to try a slice as well and it rivals the ones we have had in Italy!. We are going back tonight to try the pasta. The wine selections are superb and the prices will not your socks off: they only charge $2.00 premium per bottle over the supermarket prices. One of the most impressive things about Jackson's Corner is that they pride themselves on fresh, organic and locally sourced food and prepare it perfectly. All I can say is I want a Jacksons Corner in Toronto Canada!!!

“Healthy food and atmosphere”
Reviewed February 24, 2011

I love the ambience of Jackson's Corner! The atmosphere has an urban feel where locals hang out. The pizza oven and exposed brick adds a warmth to the space. The salads are amazing, always fresh and a variety of toppings. All beef and chicken are free range, organic and hormone free. This is important to me and difficult to find at restaurants. The pizza is okay (I like a chewier crust with more tomato sauce). The beer selection is great! The down side is that this restaurant has become popular that you may find yourself waiting in line to order at peak lunch and dinner hours. Overall, I never tire of dining at Jackson's Corner and we return frequently.

“Fun vibe, average food.”
Reviewed May 1, 2010

Always fun, nice atmosphere... Nice place to hangout but the food is pretty average. Pizzas are ok- pastas decent, sandwhices are priced a bit on the steep side... Still worth a visit- definitly a locals hangout.

“Community Gathering Place”
Reviewed April 10, 2010

Jackson's Corner has captured the best elements of a community gathering place. First of all, let me say the food is great --pizza, pasta, and sandwiches plus some interesting daily specials. The baked goods and desserts are creative and tasty with some vegan and gluten-free selections. Nice selection of beer and wine with take-out available. But there are lots of good places to eat in Bend. What Jackson's Corner has is a heart-warming atmosphere. They have music on the weekends. The last time we were there on a Friday, a couple of guys were playing covers and an older couple hopped up and danced to the delight of the evening crowd. At lunch, on a recent visit, some people were laughing and playing a game at a table, another table looked like a gathering of mothers and daughters for lunch. Kids were playing on the swings in the side yard. People of all ages and types are drawn here and all seem to enjoy the friendly atmoshere and sense of community. Maybe if there were more places like Jackson's Corner, we'd all come to appreciate each other a little more.
