“Good but not Great”
Reviewed October 3, 2012

It is a good mountain with a lot of terrain.. it is a wide mtn with something for everyone. No really long runs unless you go to the top and ski to the lodge. They could groom more so average skiers can ski more of the men. Lastly it needs a face lift in all areas, the bar is small, food is average but better on the mid men lift where you can get a table and order. For the value it is ok but unless you live in Bend it is a hump. Is easy to get to once in Bend. Until they get a airport nearby and some good accommodation it will be just an Ok resort.

“A Great Resort Winter and Summer”
Reviewed September 8, 2012

This is a very family friendly ski resort. They are also open in the summer to ride up the chair lift for a nice meal and a fantastic view.

We took the lift up Mt. Bachelor for lunch at the timberline restaurant. The views are breath taking.

“Great View, mediocre food”
Reviewed September 4, 2012

This is a stunning venue reached via ski lift that affords amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The dining room is set up so that all tables can enjoy the view. The service was very good, warm, friendly, and prompt. Unfortunately, the food is pretty ordinary and not well prepared. I ordered a steak medium rare, more on the rare side, and it was well done. One of my dining companions ordered the halibut and it was over cooked and dried out. Still, the view is so amazing it wasn't a total loss. I would suggest going for happy hour rather than dinner which was VERY pricey and not very good.
