“How about a 3-dollar foot-long?”

This is an awesome place for a bargain lunch. Vietnamese-style banh mi sandwiches with grilled meat and Asian veggies on a foot-long, fresh-baked baguette go for just over 3 bucks. They also have traditional French-style baguette and croissant sandwiches for the less adventurous. The premises is tiny and strip-mall spartan, but the smell of baking bread and pastries is all the atmosphere you need. Careful when you're asked if you want hot peppers though - the sandwich will be piled high with fresh jalapeno slices!

The location would easily make you drive right by but these Vietnamese sandwiches are filling, low priced and the asian slaw filling (cilantro, carrots, daikon) is especially tasty. The BBQ pork and beef sandwiches are both terrific. Good french style baguettes to purchase for take home as well. Bakery goodies look good--haven't tried them. Fast service.

Been frequenting best baguette for a few years. Recently, I have adopted a plant-based diet and best baguette serves a veggie sandwich which I enjoyed before my dietary change, but seriously adore now.

The veggie consists of carrots, cilantro, jalapeño, tofu and some crazy mayo all on a foot long lighter than air baguette. The menu consists of a dozen or so Vietnamese style combos like shredded pork, pâté and barbecued pork. There are more Parisian inspired sandwiches like ham and cheese too. My family has tried many the only complaint I have heard is sometimes the pork may be a bit too fatty for their taste. Otherwise, my family really loves the sandwiches for picnics.

We usually take our meal to go as the establishment is just functional with no real ambiance. For $5 you can get a sandwich fountain drink and your choice of chips and enjoy a great quick and delicious meal....to go.

This is an Asian deli place, that offers wonderful baguette sandwiches filled with traditional Vietnamese fare at very, very reasonable prices. We had a combination baguette special, filled with pate, premimum ham, pork roll and head cheese for $3.25. They also offer a fried tofu, carrots, taro and vermicelli noodles in a baguette for $2.95. French Sandwiches with ham and cheese on a croissant is $4.20. On the menu are a few salad choices and Vietnamese tacos for $1.95. There are also a few appetizers and bubble tea or Italian Soda. The restaurant is clean, clean, clean and service friendly and fast. Great place for a quick lunch or to buy in bulk and take on a picnic.

You can get a great lunch for just three bucks here. The chicken or meatball sandwich would be the best place to start, but every one is worth trying. Add some Maggi seasoning to make it extra tasty!
