We stayed here for three months while making the transition to Portland and deciding where we wanted to live permanently. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and okay, but I gave it 3 stars because of a few reasons.
1) The complimentary breakfast is a dry muffin or a granola bar. (Normally, I wouldn’t complain about this, but We we’re paying several thousand dollars to them, as most of the guests. I expect a little more)
2) I would schedule my weekly housekeeping time, as we all did, and it was never honored. This was a pain because I would plan to be out with our dogs so they weren’t in the way, and come back a couple hours later and Irma still hadn’t been done. Often I would just cancel and go get my needed stuff myself.
3) Asking for anything took forever, even if you walked down and asked in person. The staff were friendly, but slow.
4) The room key cards demagnetized at least twice a day. This was irritating because there was often a long line of people waiting to get theirs re-magnetized also. (Not what I wanted to do after getting back from a long day of work.)More
