“Very friendly”
Reviewed March 25, 2012

Wanted to just grab some dessert and a glass of wine and checked this place out. Nice interior, slightly dated but still nice. Tablecloths, one of my weird things, very nice service. We were one of two couples in the place but it was a pouring rainstorm that night. Had a fantastic lemon cream tart, really exceptional and homemade according to the server. One really nice thing, the motel we stayed in didn't have coffee mugs in the room, just styrofoam (yuck) and they let us borrow two mugs after I promised to return them in two days. How nice is that?!! Seemed like a really nice place but unfortunately can't comment on the dinners. Btw, we did return the mugs:-)

“Great Value!”
Reviewed February 11, 2012

After walking for about an 90 minutes on teh beach we headed up to the road, knowing Lord Bennet's was not far on our way back. Besides, the tide had come in and we had to take the road back anyway.

The views are excellent, the meals very good and the prices are absurdly low for what you get. We each had a mimosa, each had an entree (nut-crusted red snapper and breaded and grilled razor clams. Both were very good. We then shared a flourless chocolate cake (mmm) and the total bill was $33. Well worth it.

“Great weekend brunches”
Reviewed February 10, 2012

Great view and very reasonably-priced weekend brunches. Could not count the times I have eaten at Lord Bennett's. Nut-crusted halibut a favorite entree in the evening. Lots of variety. Nice decor. good service.
