I read the reviews also remembering on what my niece said too. One of the reviews I read said that the pillows were hard, OK? I always bring my own pillow because I sleep better. People also wrote the reviews that the water tasted bad. My niece lived in the area, and we were there to be at her wedding, she mentioned that the city had some trouble with their water supply, so we brought our own water anyway. Water supply is fixed, but if you are use to a certain taste oh well.
The room was clean and quite. The staff was exceptional, friendly, and professional. The continental Breakfast filled a void in my stomach, I wish that there were some hard boiled eggs though and some bananas. But we survived.
Will we return? In a heart beat.

First of all the sheets on one of the beds were dirty and stained. Appeared to have not been changed at all. Yes, they had staff coming and change the sheets - but still we felt like we were in grime city. Yes, they are pet friendly, but they really don't have an area for you to take your pet to go. Your to go spot is in a chopped down weed space - don't wear sandals...... The air/heat system did not work properly - did not worry about it to much knew we were outta their the next day. The place needed a good scrub down ;-(

Super 8's have become consistently better than many other hotels over the years. I travel often and have stayed in almost every name brand hotel. I know what I can expect from the 8. People want comfort in all areas when traveling. Not just comfortable rooms and beds, but friendly, helpful staff, reliable internet, working amenities and a good breakfast is a bonus. Consistency is key. Imagine if Mcdonalds hamburgers tasted differently in many parts of the country. They would quickly lose a big share of fast food, among travelers. I will continue to use the 8 when I can, as well as recommend you.
