I was craving some hot, spicy food and was recommended to Pho Ca Dao by a co-worker who had been there before. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and nothing special to look at, but the food was worth the trip. We started with spring rolls and each had the pho with brisket. I've had pho a few times in Houston and this was as good if not better than anything I had there. The brisket was tender, but not falling apart and the noodles were solid but not rubbery. I also enjoy being able to add the jalepenos and sirachi sauce to spice it up to my liking. Best of all, the two of us walked out full and got out of there for $20 including tip.
