On my way from canceling my Hilton Honors CC due to Quality of service I have been slowly depleting my points via stays when convenient. This probably would not of been the case had half the Hilton brands employees who were near the level which I experienced upon check in at Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa South/Bixby. Later I rebooked, my check-in was usual Hilton.

Very comfortable, quiet and clean! The staff is very helpful and always there when needed. There seams to always be a Hampton in the right location location. To make it any better they would need to build one in my father's backyard.

All around good stay. The staff was very nice, check in was done in seconds, the hotel is nice inside and out, the rooms where nice and clean. There are a look of eating and shopping around the hotel in good spot and 3 miles from the mall. Just wish guest would not let there children run and jump in the hall.

Have stayed here multiple times. Each year there are TV issues that become very frustrating. Bathroom had broken tiles and missing grout this year. Won't stay here again. Solution to TV by front desk was to unplug and plug back in. This worked once. After that, it took many times to get the TV to work. Really took away from the relaxation part of the room. We like the location for convenience, but we will look at other places from now on.

Overall, our stay was good, but the breakfast was not the Hampton Inn standard that we are used to. The trash was overflowing, the tables dirty, food was not replenished when they ran out, and the breakfast lady spent more time chatting with the front desk staff instead of managing the breakfast area. We are Hilton Honors members and this was the worst place ever for a Hilton. Don't know if I will stay here again. The location and room was great, but the breakfast was not. The last morning we had breakfast. our shoes would stick to the floor when walking on it by the juice machine.

Thank you very much for your comments and feedback. I sincerely apologize on behalf of the entire hotel. We have taken your comments very seriously as this is not the standard for our property. We immediately brought your experience to the attention of our breakfast staff. We are reorganizing and retraining this department so these issues are not experienced by any of our other guests.

Great room, good breakfast, just wrong time to be there. There was some kind of tryouts at the Spirit Center next door and there were kids everywhere and kids can be loud, running the halls, etc.... Other wise, I will stay here again. Clean room, good security, friendly and helpful staff, great location to everything, easy getting in and out of the location.

I was very pleased with my stay at this facility and would not fail to recommend this hotel to anyone. If asked there is not one negative thing I have to say about this facility. It is in a great location close to eating and shopping and centrally located where I needed to be. I also loved the heated pool and sauna which was very relaxing. Loved it!!!
