Great food and great service. I've had better Indian overseas but not here in the U.S. Some of the best and professional service staff around.

This is a good Indian restaurant and I say that having eaten at authentic places in Flushing, Queens; Hicksville, Long Island; Manhattan and London. I've eaten here 4 times and its quality has been reliable. The cost is fair. I haven't found better Indian food in Tulsa. This restaurant would be decent anywhere. The staff is courteous and attentive. The restaurant is smart enough to cater to American tastes so the spiciness will be mild be default, but they will ramp it up if you ask.

The buffet is the best deal, with some true Indian dishes and some Americanized ones. It has the "common" Indian fare but does not offer the less common (such as sambar). The naan on the buffet is cooked in a tandoor but it soft from sitting in the heat tray. Order it, and you'll get it hot and crispy. Most of the food seems made from pre-prepared spices, which is OK, but this is not what you will see in truly authentic Indian cooking, thus it's not as aromatic. One of my best experiences was living in India and trying the different foods. We can't get those authentic tastes in Tulsa, but India Palace offers the best consistency (Kolam is more flavorful on a good day but seems inconsistent) and quality you'll find in the Tulsa area. If you're looking for authentic, this isn't truly it, but it will serve as a decent substitute. Also, their chai tea is excellent and free refills make it a great deal.

Stopped in for lunch buffet, the restaurant has a great atmosphere, service, and delicious food. The lunch buffet allows you to try several different foods, and unlike a chinese buffet, you don't leave feeling like you just ate an entire cow.
