Man every time we come here there is some issue with the service. The hostess stand is literally a step inside the door, so when u walk in if there's someone in front of you, you have to step to the side to not be in the doorway. Well, because everyone steps to the side it's impossible for the hostess to see who is next and as result we were skipped over 3 times. But seriously, every time we come here, there is some issue with the service, one time the server said our gift card could only go through for certain amount turns out he just tipped himself for the rest of the gift card. One time we recorded how long we had to wait for each item, such as drinks, then chips, then entree, then check. We made a game of how ridiculously slow the service was... So why come back you ask? The salsa and fajitas are amazing, so we will keep coming back to poor service in order to eat good food. Also, does it annoy anyone else, that they don't bring side plates to eat chips and queso. Do you eat over the table at your house, no you eat over a plate?! Side plates please, thanks!

Friendly staff, easy to get to. We stopped here after coming into town for a quick late lunch. Good value, clean, easy to get in and out.

This was a normal On the Border. We got there during the week after the lunch crowd, so service was very fast. The food was good. We will eat there again when we attend the conference next year.

Your typical average tex-mex. A little pricey for what you get, service is always as expected, but we do still eat here on occassion.

Half full and 30 minutes for a drink. Another 30 minutes for the bland food.

Server: "What's Huevos Rancheros?" Server: "They don't include a gratuity on the bill, that's why we are not motivated."

Stay away from the border, find a real Mexican restaurant!
