Contemporary. Kind of strange for it to be located in the middle of suburbia. Food is fairly good. Bands are good but loud indoors. Weird mix of young 20 something's at night to desperate 65 year olds looking for love.

Great service, good menu and wine selection. Give this a try. We stopped by after Mary Cogan's outdoor concert. Great way to top off the evening.

While lounging away the Memorial Day weekend, the wife and I decided to go back to Infuzion for a second go-round since our first trip there was so good. We weren't disappointed in the least.

We started off with the appetizer that we loved during our first trip --- the House Cured Salmon. It was just as good, if not better, than before. However, during our first trip the appetizer was composed of 4 strips of salmon and 3 pieces of toast. When we left I made the comment to the manager that they should supply enough toast to accommodate all of the salmon. I was a little disappointed that instead of serving more toast, they reduced the salmon strips to 3. While I was not disappointed with the quality, it was not true about the quantity. I would think that management should realize that most of the time appetizers are shared by 2 people.

Proceeding on, we decided that we would just partake of appetizers only for this meal. We next had the Jack Daniels House Smoked Sampler plate. The BBQ sauce was simply fantastic !!! A great combination of heat and sweet with just the right amount of blackberry acidity. It paired very well with the meat and left you wanting more.

Next up was the crab cakes. I guess I am a little spoiled here. While the cakes were good with just the right amount of crunch, I have fallen in love with the crab cakes at Bonefish Grill -- where there is more lump crab meat than breading. So .. comparing the crab cakes here to all the others I have tried (excluding Bonefish), I would rate them a 9.

Next was the Flat Bread Pizza. Another two thumbs up !!! The flavors this pizza were amazing and I don't even like blue cheese, which blended well with the other toppings. And the crust was perfect ... very thin and cooked to perfection.

And another thing that makes dining here enjoyable is the staff. They are always cheerful, helpful and engaging --- making it a pleasure to dine there.

As long as the food, service and staff continue like this, Infuzion will be on my "got to go back" list.

We decided to try Infuzion because it was close to a house party we were attending later in the evening. We always enjoy finding a new place to add into our Friday night rotation of favorites.

The fact that they had a fairly decent beer list was a good start and a point in their favor.

The appetizer selection was interesting. We decided on the house cured salmon. Paired with toasted baguette slices, pesto cream cheese, black truffle oil & caviar. It was delicious and a generous portion for two people to split. (I could have had in place of an entree.)

For the entrees I chose the Kobe beef flatiron steak and my husband chose the double smoked pork chop. Both were delicious, well seasoned and cooked to our specification. They were both topped with onion straws, served with asparagus and mashed potatoes on the side. All of the food was beautifully plated and very professionally presented.

Service was great. Wait staff is dressed in a black pants with tuxedo style vest and shirt. Very professional, prompt and accommodating.

The only "cons":

We also ordered a side of onion rings and they were just okay. Nothing fancy. In my opinion, not on the same level as the other food we had.

The hostess, bless her heart, had no idea how to walk in a pair of heels! Management should consider letting her wear flats, as she looked clumsy and awkward clomping around trying to seat people in those heels. I was embarrassed for her.

Bottom line: we will be back to try more of the menu and enjoy the patio seating during the nice weather, and listen to some of the live music they have on offer.

Spent a great evening here eating, imbibing, and listening to live music. The decor is contemporary which is a fantastic change from the standard Mexican/Tuscany decor which has permeated everything. Food and Beverages are very good. There is a nice enclosed patio with an outdoor fireplace and heaters for cold nights. Lots of parking.
