The view is spectacular, and being next to the THE GARDENS, it is fragrant, as well. The most beautiful sight for a wedding! The streams, bridge, and falls are such a magnificent view, it takes your breath away. I don't know if they still have it, but that is where I first learned about FRISBEE GOLF. It was very entertaining to watch them play, and they would pay my boys money to retrieve their Frisbee's for them when one would stray. But, the garden's there, are a sight to behold!

“Not a large zoo, but is a good zoo.”
Reviewed July 16, 2012

We took my Granddaughter, who is autistic, and spent the day. It was a very fun relaxed day and we enjoyed all the animals.

“Great Park For Cookouts, Family Reunions,,,”
Reviewed June 30, 2012

My wife and I have been to Mohawk Park on numerous occassions - to include last weekend. The GOOD: Lot's of picnic tables. 2. Several picnic shelters - that are decent for using in the winter, as well. 3. Tulsa Zoo. 4. Spash pad area for the kids. 5. Wildlife that you can photograph. The BAD: 1. Mariachi music blasting in some areas - not everybody within 100 yards wants to hear your car stereo. The UGLY: 1. $2 is charged to enter the park from April thru October.

Maybe a trash can had blown over but the park was full of litter when we were there.

“A Great Park”
Reviewed January 25, 2012

In late Autumn you can find as many pecans as you want in Mohawk Park. When I was a boy I used to go with my mother and grandmother and pick them. The Tulsa Zoo is located here. It also has a great golf course. Lake Yahola is here and you can fish. There are many good picnic area and some have bbq's. It is a great getaway yet very convenient.
