Took grand kids to the museum, great time. They offer discounts online and package deals. I had family in town and they gave us a discount on tickets for the museum.

This is a strained attempt at an Air and Space Museum. Few aircraft! Tunny though the story about a 747 landing in Tulsa before 747's were actually flying.

Air and space IS tulsa's history. Nice to see a museum is available to honor such. I found the museum boring and ill-prepared to represent "space". there is very little there to be considered a space museum. I was hoping it would have landed one of the retired space shuttles. Maybe next time. The planetarium that is attached is completely not worth it. It is basically a dome shaped movie screen with a random employee talking the whole time. I guess i had imagined it would be telescopic or be able to actually see videos or images from actually space. not the case. It is a movie...on a dome screen. and that's all.

This museum has some cool exhibits and artifacts from the airplane and space industries. It features some cool exhibits in addition to interesting general information, especially about military aircraft with local ties of some kind.

Note, if you really want to go to an air/space museum that will blow your socks off, drive 4 hours north to the Cosmosphere in Hutchinson, KS. TASM doesn't compare to that, but for Tulsa it is a good solid value and a pleasant and interesting place to visit for a couple of hours.
