“Lots of colors and roses”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

If you like roses and I mean acres of roses, you will love the Garden Center. There are hundreds of types and sizes and smells. Go anytime as something is always blooming. You can take your dog and have a good time in this great outdoor garden.

Very pretty botanical area, good for weddings and outdoor events. I have attended several parties and festivals here and they were all wonderful.

“Roses still blooming in October”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

Located right next to Woodward Park, the Garden Center is a beautiful respite from spring to fall. The roses were still blooming in October, thanks to the continued warm weather. There are varieties of roses you won't find anywhere else and they are the most fragrant ones!
Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the park, the center and then go over to the Linneus gardens. Children love this area because it affords them so much running room. I was actually married in these gardens years ago and couldn't think of a more beautiful surrounding!

An absolutely beautiful place to visit during the growing season. If you're into gardening of any kind, you will love this place. Next to Woodward Park, also a lovely area to visit.
