I visited Andolini's on a Saturday evening. There was a long wait but it seems that this is normal as this place is quite popular and in a trendy area.
Instead of issuing you a buzzing device to let you know when your table is ready, the hostess asked for my cell phone number because I would be sent a text message notifying me! With this bit of freedom, we took a walk around the neighborhood - GREAT!
There were so many choices on the menu that all looked delicious.
Although they were VERY busy, our sever made time to help us decide and didn't get too grumpy with our indecisiveness. It seemed like people knew what they wanted to order by the time they sat down. That tells me that people eat there frequently.
While we waited for our food, we watched as food was delivered to other patrons. We kept thinking "man! we should have ordered that!" But when our pizza came (and it came quite quickly for how packed the place was!), we knew we made the right choice.
The pizza was HUGE. But it was also expensive.
This is place is worth trying, even if you have kids - there were many kids and families in attendance when I visited, but be prepared for a price tag. Definitely worth it once in a while.
