“Poorly maintained.”

The staff is very friendly but they have so much to make up for due to the poorly maintained hotel. It should be a Motel 2 or something less. It is a real blemish on the brand. It seems like when they did things like painting, masking tape was never used. There are too many things to list that you do not expect to find at a Hilton. It looked like they were going to remodel at some point in time but who knows when.

I do not want to sleep in a room that I can hear the person in the next room snoring.

Thank you for your comments, we appreciate all feedback about our hotel. We are currently in the middle of a renovation as we speak—we have completed a full lobby refresh with new furniture, new carpet, new tile, and new décor items. Now that the lobby is complete, we have moved on to the meat of the hotel: our guest rooms. Each room is receiving a full carpet replacement, in addition to the hallways throughout the property. This process has begun recently, and should complete within the coming month. Once the carpet is fully installed, we will move on to wallpaper throughout the guest rooms and hallways as well. All of these changes are following the completion of our installation of the Garden Sleep System Beds in each room (fully adjustable air ballast mattresses with pillow top covers), 32” flat screen televisions throughout the hotel, and upgrades to both our cable programs as well as the high-speed wireless internet.

We look forward to hosting you again in the future, so you can see all of the changes put together!

I stayed at this hotel on 23 August. It is directly across the street from the airport and very convenient for a late night arrival and early morning meeting. Staff was courteous and provided some toiletries that I had forgotten to bring with me. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was reasonably good. I would stay at this property again in the future.

I stayed here in the past when I was a road warrior. Everything is right at this airport hotel. The staff truly cares and asks how to help and if you have what you need and if you enjoy what they provided. Front desk staff, restaurant, all great. The internet is fine / fast as well, the computer in the business center worked similar to being at home.

I will again stay at this hotel when I need to be at the airport.

Great location on the airport property. Lobby and restaurant area very nice, however, the floors creak so you hear people walking around, walls seem paper thin; I found it difficult to not be woken up by the neighbors. Plastic bathtub needed to be replaced and upgraded.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate all customer comments in an attempt to improve our product and service at this hotel.

We do have a slightly older property, correlating to the original model of construction designed for the Hilton Garden Inn brand in the United States. To compensate for these shortcomings, we do try to honor all requests for "high floor" or "end room" or "away from elevator" and so forth to ensure as quiet a stay as possible. The front desk also keeps ear plugs in the lobby for any guests that are experiencing discomfort related to internal noise (other guests) or external noise (airport traffic).

Older property. Poor sound insulation between rooms. Very friendly staff, but below average food in the restaurant :-( For the money paid, this is overall a bad value.

We are an older property--we will celebrate twelve years in business serving the Tulsa Airport this summer. However, this milestone has also spurred numerous investments in the property to return it to an updated and modern environment for our guests' experience. With a renovation covering everything from the entire lobby and hotel hallways to the outdoor landscaping and guest rooms, we are updating the property to reflect our Hilton values and tasteful accommodations that promote relaxation and convenience for our business travelers.

We stayed in this location to be near the airport to leave on a trip the next morning. The rate is overpriced. The food is overpriced and not any good. I felt totally ripped off staying here, and I will not do it again.

Not sure about some of the concerns expressed in other reviews; the rooms are perfectly nice (and sizable) and personally I didn't notice in shortcomings in the restaurant and lobby. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is SO close to the airport you could practically walk and you are also on the major thoroughfares within seconds. If you were arriving late and renting a car you could stay overnight and pick up the car the next day and save yourself a little money. On my last minute I clocked myself (on a very early morning departure) at 38 minutes from the hotel to when I exited security (after dropping off a car and checking a bag).
