I found out about Foundations from a friend who is attending the culinary school. The presentation of the food and the service is terrific. For the same money that you would spend at Panera, you get so much more. The restaurant has linen tablecloths and jazz music playing in the background. Note - It is only open Wed through Friday. I have had lunch there three times. The first two times were unbelievably fantastic.The third was still really good. People are always at different stages of their training.so you get different people making the food and different servers. They are being evaluated, so you are getting their best work. . It is a really nice way to break up a work day and power up for the afternoon.
