Spent four nights there recently. Good location, nice to have valet service. Lobby and rooftop bars are good for gathering spots, but very surprised that a lobby bar would close so early, even if there were hotel guests in it.
The rooms? Spacious, but awkward layouts. Great beds but disappointing bathrooms with insufficient counter space, very few outlets, no vanity area.
The staff? Seemed to mean well, but too many of them seemed lost as to how to get something done. Just try getting a paper delivered to your room, a room service menu, an extra towel or a non-allergenic pillow -- they literally don't have a clue.
Would not stay there again.

Room tip: Don't take one of their larger suites, unless you want the closet in your shower room.

The room at the Mayo was very nice - large, comfortable, clean. However, I can't give this hotel a better rating for several reasons. First, two days in a row, I called for a wake up call, and two days in a row - no call. I can understand once, but twice in a row? Room service was incredibly expensive as well. The restaurant in the hotel is sort of odd in that the only entrance from inside the hotel forces you to walk through the bar. I waited for several minutes in the empty restaurant and no one appeared to be present to seat me. I asked the front desk about this and they said I could eat in the bar. As a woman travelling alone, I did NOT want to eat in the bar.

Anyhow, the room was very nice, but the service just felt very off.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are large, modern, and clean. The 52" flat panel TV was very nice with lots of channels. The wet bar had a very nice stainless steel microwave and refrigerator. The desk offered plenty of workspace and the internet had great speed. The bathroom was quite spacious and the shower was very nice with good water pressure. The air conditioning worked really good and the bed was very comfortable. You definitely have room to spread out your suitcases in these rooms.
Great place to stay if you have to stay in downtown Tulsa, where they roll up the street around 3:00pm.

I had the best time at this hotel! Everyone was very personable, accommodating and amazing! I ate at the restaurant the WHOLE time! Every meal was great! My servers were great! They all had great selections and ideas on nightlife and other things to do while my wife was in her meeting. I want to personally thank Kristin Josh and Nessa for their time, they were what kept me coming back! A+ to your team! Valet, housekeeping, front desk, restaurant and bar! Great atmosphere, great rooms, great place to be!

rooftop bar: i attended a birthday party, solo, and was charged a "large party gratuity" on top of the more-than-gracious tip that i left. called manager and was "told" it would be refunded. called back two weeks later - after it had not been refunded - and was told by a very rude manager that 'judging from my tab, that i was a large party" and she claimed that as i was rude, ( and eventually i had to be to get a word in edgewise ), that she would not refund that gratuity.

i'm checking with others, but am certain that they charged everyone that night this 'gratuity'.

the view is not that great anyway, as the obstructing cement railings are as high as their prices.

service area at bar is small, prices are high, and apparently the management does not care about their guest complaints. save your money and find another place.

oh, and check your bill closely !!!
