This is simply a great place to stay. It is quiet, yet convenient to just about everything. The staff goes out of their way to welcome and cater to guests, and the rooms are impressive for their space and furnishings. Besides providing a great breakfast, this hotel is within walking distance of a pub, a fast-food place and a very nice restaurant. If you're looking for a place to stay that complements the Tulsa lifestyle, this is it.

Room Tip: The elevators are fast, and the sunsets from the upper western rooms are impressive.

This has been a great hotel when visiting the Tulsa area. The hotel seems new and the rooms are very clean, roomy and comfortable (although the bathroom was somewhat smaller than expected.) We had also stayed here last October and the complimentary breakfast included a number of available items, with additional hot items available for purchase, but this most recent trip included a handful of good hot items in their complimentary selection. Although a small step, this was enough to earn the hotel my 5th dot on my rating when combined with all of the other good things about this hotel. I don't know if the hot items are a permanent addition to their complimentary breakfast fare, but I hope that it is. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also quite convenient to a number of restaurants along east 71st Street and not too far from Woodland Hills Mall. We enjoyed our stay enough that the family talked me into staying another night.

Thank you for your kind response. We did recently add a new complimentary hot breakfast buffet, featuring items such as our gourmet skillet sandwiches. This is a new value-added amenity that all of our guests thoroughly enjoy. We are glad that you and your family enjoyed your time with us and invite you to stay again, whenever your travels bring you back to Tulsa!

Great hotel for one night while traveling cross country. The hotel is essentially new, and in a nicer part of town, but only 5 minutes off the highway. The rooms were very nice, and the furniture was comfortable, especially the bed. We finally got a good nights sleep!
There are many restaurants nearby, and we walked over to the Charleston's and had a hearty meal. It has all the amenities, such as pool and gym. The free breakfast was definitely a couple notches above all the other breakfasts we had along the way, with a gourmet flair including a high end egg McMuffin with pancetta (?) instead of bacon.
We will stay here again on our return trip.

Room Tip: Great a room away from the elevators, and on a high floor.

We stayed a the Hyatt Place in Tulsa. It is an all suite hotel that was very clean well located and pleasant. It is not fancy however, it has clean suite rooms great beds, large TV and and amiable staff. Great for the price.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms away from the elevators.

"There is a laundromat about a mile away, we don't have those here."

No plugs for iPhone, laptop, iPad in room at desk or bed. You'll have to get on your knees and unplug the lamps.

Otherwise pleasant.

I've stayed at the Hyatt Place several times on business trips and have had a terrific experience every time. The hotel is very new. The rooms are comfortable with a large, comfortable sitting area. They have a large flat screen TV that has all sorts of electronic connections for gaming devices or your computer. WiFi is very good in the room. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Can't go wrong here!

Room Tip: Any room would be fine. All I've stayed in are quiet and have a nice view.

I received a disturbing call during a recent stay in the middle of the night. At 3:00AM the hotel room phone rang with the caller stating it was the front desk calling because "we have a situation". After I hung up, he called back within seconds leading me to wonder whether the call was coming from inside or outside of the hotel. It rattled me to the point of not sleeping another wink and I was clearly not well rested for an important meeting that morning. When I complained to the front desk while checking out, I discovered that numerous guests were receiving similar calls.

Other than that, the room was okay, the staff was very nice, and the amenities were what you would expect. They need to take measures however to ensure that guests aren't harassed by scam callers.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience, we immediately fixed that problem so that people outside are no longer able to call guests directly. Many hotels experienced this national problem, causing a major overhaul in guest room phone access. We assure you that this will never happen again at our hotel and hope that we could serve you again sometime in the future.
